Team,
My concern was regarding Internet issue. And I call did a call for updated status. And Mr. VIVEK answered for my call and he was very rude with me and I did not get any resolution. I clearly mentioned do not disconnect the call and I need to talk with supervisor and agent disconnect the call without informing.
