I have booked Air India airlines on 12/09/2021 from delhi to pune for 6:15am for 2 people and yesterday I got the mail from Air India has cancelled the flight and rescheduled to 13/09/2021.
But I have given minimum 20 calls to the customer care department but they just fool me by putting call on hold and intentionally disconnecting my call.
Air india is such a big company and such lathargic behavior is bot acceptable..
