Sir,
My order with tracking ID EKART # SLPC1200025445 was delivered on 1 January 2020. My order details can be found in the mail confirmation below and a screenshot in the attachment
The product I ordered for was a pair of Bluetooth earbud headphones of brand JBL. I paid INR 1599 in cash.
The product was bought from the website beatflows.com and impression is that both site and product looked genuine.
What I received was a fastrack watch which on the fastrack website is worth less than INR 500
On trying to contact the company through their website I find that there are no numbers. Only personal email IDs
I find this suspicious.
I have written to the company as attached below.
It is not the money but the thought of how brazenly these fellows operate and how others could be duped. As an alert citizen I thought it is my responsibility to bring it to your notice
- I request that you get to the bottom of this operation and put an end to such operators.
