I have just received a message that 15 Indian rupees have been deducted from my main balance today this is second time and payment deducted for Bcafe portal access without my permission or consent. This is totally fraud.I am still not aware what is this Bcafe portal.I have checked my balance and 30 rs have been deducted.as per VOdafone this is not a VAS service then why payment deducted.. please do the needful
