While I was travelling internationally my international roaming was active but I had switched off my data usage before travelling and put it on only when I landed back. VODAFONE has charged me 5500 for internet usage which I did not use.
I received and made calls but data I did not use. They are giving me a reversal of 2500 but why should I pay 5500 + Gst as data charges when I did not use it. I will pay my other charges which amount to 3257. So many mails and calls but no response.
Only reminders of payments. Written to Nodal officer and appellate too but not ready to listen and have not bothered to solve the issue. Kindly help.
