9811714642. This is my mother number. I am struggling to activate this number from last 2 weeks, I have submitted my documents to vodafone store in Jheel, East Delhi Store to miss Anuradha.
But still this number barred off because of verifcation reason. After that I complaint against it, then company send an executive to my home (92, geeta Appartment, Geets Colony Delhi).
I was in office at that time and mother told hime regarding that. He talked to me over the phone and told me that he will send another executive to my address next day for verification.
But still I am waiting for the executive. Nobody is there at my address. I dont know what Vodafone is doing in this. I think there are no seniors in the company who can lookafter such kind of complaints.
I have written more then 10 times to Vodafone regarding this matter and no solution is there. I am felling very bad that I am using such a bad network who even don’t care about the customer. “Power to You” But i don’t think so. You made us week not powerful.
