My balance vodafone prepaid is more than 200 rs yet Vodafone has out of nowhere declared that my balance will expire in less than 15 days. While recharging I was guaranteed that my balance will be valid till 2034 so how can my balance be deemed invalid in 2018 that too without any prior intimation
