As per airtel international roaming 25 Rs for SMS charge and 100 Rs for calling charge .. Moreover, I recharged only for 100 Rs .. I sent one SMS for it charged me SMS 25 Rs, automatically my available balance will be 75Rs only, So as per airtel i can’t make a call, but they deducted 50 RS without any reason. when i enquiry then, they are telling me that has been deducted for callings charges. For that I sent mail which stated that I have only available balance of 77.67 Rs with that i can’t able to make call , Then how you deducted ??I can’t make a call with that balances as per roaming one call will be charged 100 Rs, I have available balance on that time 77.67 Rs only without which practically not possible to make a call , moreover I am surprised one of our airtel appellate officer send reply for my mail stated that SMS charges 50 Rs and calling charged also 50rs.
After I received the mail from airtel appellate officer . I recharged one more time for 100 Rs. That amount is also not credited ..
Actually My previous balance was 77.67 right after I sent one SMS .. Now I have recharged 100 RS Trans ID (1195086993)(81.95 ) So the total available should be 159.42,but my balance shows only 84.42. I need clarification and credit .
