Onecard app shows under My Loans tab that i have take a loan of 1.5 lacs. This loan is still active and funnily enough the EMIs are being paid. There is no other information available. It does not show me from where have I taken this loan or which bank has sanctioned this. Nothing.! It says NDXP loan. And there is no other information available about NDXP anywhere. When i Click on report error, It takes me to CIBIL official website and asks for money to become a member. This is to inform that I have not taken any loan of that amount and have not been paying any EMI. I see there are a lot of ppl like me for whom the CIBIL score has spoiled and they are unable to take genuine loans because of this fraud. Please help and do something about this.
