Sir,

I have balance in my vodafone number approx Rs 7/- yesterday.

Today morning my balance is deducted Rs 99/- without any service charge.

I try to many time to contact with vodafone customer care but nobody attend to me.

I am not satisfied with vodafone because approx 4 months ago same had happen with me.

There are no comparable solution that time

Same thing is no probable solution here.

I request to you please take necessary action on above matter.
