Dear Sir/Mam,
Am Narsinh sorte , I have registered on paytm wallet my mobile number associated with paytm is 9623101644 .
I had received Money Rs.1700 from Ankita Soni mobile no.9004465819 on 31/10/2021 and my wallet balance shows me the balance of 1700 that means the money get credited successfully
but i want to transfer that amount to my bank account but my Paytm KYC was not done and I was unable to transfer that amount to my Bank account so I tried some ways to transfer that amount to any of bank account in between My Paytm Wallet Balance Shows me Zero (0) .
and still now the balance amount has not been received.
Am unable to understand how it happened, i waited for 48 hours to raise tickets on the Paytm app under 24/7 customer care section. My 3 tickets are still Open , Nobody is responding There and There is no Customer care to talk about the issue.
So please Check the Status and Reply As soon as possible.
