This is to inform you that today (10.12.2021) I got a message on my Vodafone number that -“Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Bcafe Portal,
You have been charged Rs. 15
Your balance is Rs. 15.62”. The balance was deducted without my permission and I didn’t know anything about this service and didn’t availed it.
Kindly direct the concerned to refund my deducted balance.
