For #LPMEMN order the location on map was showing incorrect.
Has raised request for same immediately, also explained delivery partner on the same.
Still, delivery executive went to different location and denied to come.
There are two issues i faced here:
1. Delay in preparation and dispatch
2. Delay in delivery by their partner Dunzo and bad behaviour of delivery guy (I have all call recordings), which lead to cancellation of order subsequently.
I need refund of the same full amount on original payment mode.
This mail i have marked to hello@eatclub.in as mentioned bh them on app on 18Jul23 but no response till date.
