Hello,
We ordered an king size bed from Pepperfry store Bhandup, Mumbai. The product was delivered as we had orderd in Jan 2020. In mid of May 2020 the quay defect in the product could be seen. The plan which was used as storage under the bed started breaking one after another. Due to lockdown we did not raise any complaints. Now my bed is still under warranty and i am trying to raise and complaint with Pepperfry. We were shocked to see the quality of the bed as very poor. The planks under the bed are made of pressed sawdust. Not even an whole wood. No definite answers given by Pepperfry to us and the customer service representative speak as if they are the last point of contact. My multiple emails and time wasted dealing with them in this time of Pandemic. Looking forward to help.
