I Purchased a Livpure Waterpurifier in 2024.
On 28/09/25, I got ACMC done at Neeranjan Enterprises Pune for 3 years.
Now I have called them 3 times for service, and they gave various reasons.
He still does not come.
i realized It was wrong of me to decided to do ACMC with them.
I want to ask for a refund of my ACMC amount from them. I do not wish to continue with them.
Last year, when I did not get ACMC done, when I called, he immediately came the next day for service. can it is a good service.?
i think it is fraud to collect the money on company’s name.
i totally dissspointed with service.
When I asked to refund the ACMC amount, they refused and told me to go to the company.
