Sir I had done a hotel in Noida on 24th July which I had paid for online but when I went to check in the hotel the hoteliers said that we have not received any booking. then I spoke to the customer care they said that You cancel the booking and apply for refund Your refund will come complete but sir when I applied for refund, I got refund of only Rs 96 whereas I paid for hotel ₹ 469 and later 10 15 times .I tried to talk to customer care but customer care pick up call and tell me for new booking that when you make new booking only then you will be able to talk to oyo manager in customer care and that too give me new hotel before Rs 150 (30% charge) Telling to book, I am very sad to see your such service and I am feeling ashamed that I got the opportunity of your such poor service, on calling the customer care, all the customer care has to pay a new payment to book a new hotel. Speaking of please send me my refund. I am very ashamed that you and your customer care give such poor service, I am attaching the screenshot of all the customer care’s call recording and all the conversations with me and the screenshot of the order in the mail.
