Since the 15th of May I am not able to make any call from my Airtel prepaid SIM because the called party can’t hear me though I can hear him. Another SIM installed in my phone works just fine. I can not talk to 121 or 198 personnel as the audio is one-sided. Local Airtel store says they can’t help Prepaid customers. Lodging a complaint digitally is not possible by their much touted Airtel Thanks App. Email sent to 121@in.airtel.com is rejected repeatedly on the plea that the email id is not registered with them though it is duly registered. In my whole life I had never experienced bad service like this. My plan is valid till 6-6-2022. I want my money back.
