Sir,

I have contacted Jio through Facebook and complained about the worst Internet services in our area. They promised me that the issue will be solved within in 30 days, but that deadline went more 30 days ago and the issue is not solved. Some times it takes hours to open a website. Repeated complaints have yield me nothing.

Please help.
