Text of Complaint by Deodri smith:

I ordered food in may through zomato app from subway. The food was smelling and old. I called them for replacement order but zomato executive gave me a coupon instead and asked to use in fresh order for rs 735(approx).

Their coupon doesnt work for over a month now. I have emailed many times but no resolution given, code still doesn’t work but no help from zomato.

plz refund my money now.
