People choose to be a vegetarian for a simple reason that we don’t want to hurt a living being just to satisfy our hunger. I have always been a vegetarian by even not having a piece of cake but thanks for ruining it for me by serving a chicken piece in the dish I ordered. For you, it’s not even a big deal but for me, you have made me take the guilt of killing an animal.

I have complained about the issue to an assigned agent and he thought giving me Rs 74 credits would compensate for what had happened. You might think there’s no fault on your side and trying to put the blame on the restaurant. Let’s assume that’s actually true. Everytime I was assigned to an agent to report an issue, he/she used an automated reply stating that ‘I will make sure this doesn’t happen again’. But if you check the complaints made on the restaurant (Zebra Spot Restaurant, Manipal), you will find many complaints made of this sort. Few were made by my friends. Everytime we got the same reply. So if there’s no fault on your side then why the restaurant hasn’t been blacklisted or removed from Zomato yet? Or atleast why the same issue of non veg being added in the veg dishes kept happening?
