i want to inform you that i reside in Neemuch (M.P) I do a lof of online Shopping , sometime i get wrong size or product so i have to place return or replace request . i never get any issue with any delivery partner except EKART Service , whenever i place any return request , our areas operation Executive (RAVI MEHAR) reject product by giving wrong reasons so i request you to take action against it , else i have take any legal action against all the team
