Text of Complaint by Harsh Maheta:

Dear Axis bank Team,

Thanks for your email as i had conversation with Mr. Vivek Rajput and he told me that by evening 5 PM your amount of total 12689/- Will be transfered for payment which means that now the balance will be around 26000/- so in that case now its eligible for the EMI option and on other basis i can’t make payment more than this so its request to make a settlement of my credit card bill and close this matter more and more i can make 30% of payment of remaining balance so it’s final request from my side to do it as it’s final call from my side and i am not able to pay more than 30% due to bad financial condition so kindly it’s request please do it .
