Yesterday I called customer care of vodaphone (198) I asked to her that is, any service is activated on my number.
She reply that there is no any service is activated. After that I asked once more to check it because I am going to recharge my number , and I don’t want any deduction. After 10sec she reply that – sir there is any service activated any can do your recharge.
Yesterday i done rs20 recharge on my no. through paytm. But today in evening I Got message that you have requested to activate 1rs deal service and it is activated and 5rs deducted from your account.
After that I call on 198 but when I tap on no.9 to talk with customer care executive then,call get repeated from starting and not connecting to customer care. I tried more than 4time , I also call on its toll free no. 198, 18001234567,+91-983-975-6789.
But I haven’t got any response from them… It means they activated service by there own and they also blocked my no. So that I can’t talk to customer care for help and support.
Please do some slthing you are my last hope they were cheating us and earning billions of money.
