I recharged my number from 100+ 129 Rs and company’s employee activate unwanted Value added services on my number and my balance has been deducted. When I called to customer care help line number and talk Amit koshik and senior executive Poonam Singh and request them to deactivate my value added services and refund my balance then they replied balance will not be refund and we will stop services but they did not deactivate my value added services.
