Dear team, further to many compliments and calls with vidafone call center regarding auto active on value added services and deduction on balance without any intimation from my side. im a core customer from Aircel from past 12 years, and now have been migrated to Vodafone. But facing very irritating and unacceptable auto deduction on balance. Looking for vodaVoda prompt explanation and immediate response.
