At youtube ads i placed an order for cotton 3nos cotton lenin shirts size of XXL , I placed COD delivery order after 30days i got delivery from ekart courier , since it is COD I paid cash and recived the parcel , delivery guy left, once I opened the parcel I recived , I got cheated seller shipped 2 nos cheap kids size S Polycotton T shirts, I tried to call back Delivery guy he didn’t answer my calls, I tried check in your tube , there is no way to find out the link or the ads that it displayed and we proceed to buy, all the social websites like YouTube , Facebook, Instagram etc became. Good platforms for fraudsters to cheat and escape the consumers because this purchase from the Google and social website ads became a heaven and untraceable, platform to fraudsters I request the Govt of India consumer court look into this aspect seriously and make this websites responsible for encouraging fraud advertisements , they should have a history and seller details with phone numbers aadhar ,PAN verified and should hold the legal necessary documents as compulsory to safe guard the consumers who are becoming prey to the fraudsters like these
