To whom it may concern,
I am writing to lodge a complaint against Asus India for not delivering me a 1TB hard disk that was offered as a freebie during the Diwali sales in November 2022. I purchased an Asus laptop from their official website on 5th November 2022 and was promised to receive a 1TB hard disk along with it as part of the festive offer.
However, it has been more than six months since then and I have not received the hard disk till date. I have contacted their customer care service several times but they have not resolved my issue. They just keep sending me automated emails saying that my complaint will be resolved in 20 days but nothing happens. I feel cheated and frustrated by their false promises and poor service.
I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and direct Asus India to deliver me the 1TB hard disk as soon as possible. I also seek compensation for the mental agony and inconvenience caused by their negligence and breach of contract. I have attached the invoice of my purchase and the screenshots of their emails as proof of my claim.
I hope you will take necessary action against Asus India and ensure justice for me. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
