Text of Complaint by Abhishek Vishwakarma:

My phone was lost on 20th march and then i requested vodafone to block my number and due to lockdown i was unable to exchange and get the sim. After the store was opened i went to store on 26th may and got new sim now 1 week has been passed vodafone customer care executives told me that the number is activated however i was not getting network in my phone. Vodafone people asking me to visit store. There has been 15 new COVID-19 positive cases in single day in my area. It is not possible for me to visit store everyday and they are saying there is no other option.
