I book online hotel on Oyo while I was still in journey on reaching the hotel hotel manager asked my I’d proof then asked extra charge.Then i refused to give extra money.hotel manager check in before returning my I’d proof without my permission and blamed on Oyo for check in then I call to Oyo customer care he/she also started telling about some extra policy. I have staying in another hotel but they did not check out from the hotel (4 seasons residency).i recorded some audio hotel manager and customer care that I am uploading.
