Our guests Mr Hemanth Gowda checked in to Hotel Silver Sand Serenity on 26Feb for 3Nights, but to his utter surprise he was asked to submit Covid negative Report, which is not mandatory for travelers coming from Karnataka. After much discussion and complaints to police he was allowed check in. Later the Manager Mr Tanish (one of the worst, arrogant and rude) asked us money around 9000 to upgrade to higher category telling us that the Superior rooms (181 sqft as per website) booked by us were small and cannot accommodate extra mattress or bed. We were very disappointed with this kind of rude behavior and treatment. We want strict action taken against this hotel so that others are not looted by these kind of arrogant people.
