I’m a seller on amazon selling toy products.
In recent weeks lots of my parcels which are rejected by customer at the time of delivery or undelivered to them because amazon not shipping to the address are came back to me but the product inside are changed.
packaging was mostly tempered and unsealed and can’t deny the return back as if i do so i lost all for nothing.
As of system SAFE-T claim are there for claim to loss but after some time they refuse to refund or block the claim access with inappropriate reason.
I have still got the wrong products after many complain to amazon from their transport service ATS.
they doing as how they please to do regarding this kind of our concern with amazon and give small seller an unfair and abusing treatment regards to their policy.
