I purchased apple airpods from paytm. When i received the product i found some scratches on the case and on the one ear bud also the sound of one ear bud is not clear it seems like used and damaged product also the box is damaged from the corner. Then i create a return request on the next day after that they rejected my return request and they it wil not return. I want to return this used and damaged product
