I’m writing a complaint with very disappointment with Ap Fibernet services at Madanapalle Branch.
I am holding the below details. At ApFyber:
Name: M Iqbal Baig.
Cab ID no. *101225869*.
Adress: 12/245, Agartha street, Madanapalle-517325.
Being a valued customer I had never delay or due in any of the monthly payments for services received. Last 5week ago I had faced through some issue with television and when inforned to respective service operator he collected the Setup-Box with him and went to repair.
Later, when approached to office to know the status they stating I have not done the monthly payments. But I had a proof where I have done the payment everytime and took signature of your service person in accordance to payment received. When showed the proof they again stating I have used landline phone for outgoing calls and made a pending bill of Rs. 5000/- later they changed to 7500/- but in my home lives only my aged parents alone and they do not know how to operate phone as well we dont have a land phone at home now.
From past week we do not have television due to this which we are facing uncomfort and trouble.
Note: when contacted AP Fyber customer care on *18005995555* to complain they informed that by My dad’s Mobile Number it is showing we had TWO CONNECTIONS ON SAME ADDRESS AND SAME NAME. HOLDING TWO DIFFERENT CAB ID’S.
