Hi,

I ordered though zomato with the order no. 1752161088 that was from Sunny Chicken corner, subash nagar , New delhi.

I ordered a Kharoda Soup and guess what the name was Special Kharoda soup and it doesn’t contain a kharoda in it. When asked the representative that where is the Kharoda, what he replied is that you have to order a Kharoda seperately and its not in their policy to privide a Kharoda in the soup (please send me a Screenshot of the policy where it states the same) and  it’s not mentioned anywhere so how you guys think a person will get to know that the soup is without the Kharoda. I do see an option which say  Special Kharode( 1 piece) which is in the starters item and does not say it contains the soup(I am adding a screenshot for the same below) where is states Special Kharode(1 piece and not mentioned whether it contains the soup or not.The chicken wings that I ordered were stale and smelly. What a services provided from the restaurant and Zomato.

With the help of the above mentioned order ID please look into the notes that I mentioned their which was to add extra onions and green mint sauce and I was not provided with the same and and and I even called the restaurant by myself to tell him to put some extra vinegar packet in the order and guess what it was not followed either.

So it was really a pathetic experience provided by zomato. If you can’t even follow the instructions then what’s the use of making a seperate column for “Add notes” because that is of no use when you guys can’t even ask the restaurant to follow that.

Please get back to me on this ASAP so that I can get a resolution for this.
