On 21St july at after nokn 12.45pm i have placed an order in zomato worth 1343.8rs in the RNR biriyani…..after wait of almost 1 hour i didn’t get any call from the delivery person or any of the respective app afteter i called the restaurant peraon he told me that they returned the food so i asked him if possible connect me with the respective delivery person when i called him he told me that no mam address i not found so i retunrned n cancelled it even without calling me even without my permission how can he cancel the food i dnt understand this and when i get to the support team in the chat box it is showing because of address mismatch we have cancelled ur food n to compensate our parteners we can’t refund ur money what the hell is this I’d dnt understand but i really didn’t wxowct this from zomato very bad n am never gonna keep that all n not gonna suggest anyone
