I had placed an order on Flipkart Application.
Name of the Product – Xiaomi Beard 2C Trimmer 90 min Runtime 40 Length Settings (Black)
Date of Order Confirmation – 07/12/2023 & Order ID – OD329878155943226100
I did not receive the product but on application it says it was already delivered. Regarding the same i have raised the Complaints on the application. Customer Care executive team had responded that no action can be taken from flipkart as it was an OTP verified delivery and closed the resolution without even providing the opportunity of being heard to me. I had a conversation with customer care executive of named Symanti Roy on 13th December, 2023 She says that issue can be escalated only two times and no option available for me now for getting resolution resulting in loose of my hard earned money.I outrightly disagree with the information provided by flipkart since i did not receive any call and neither OTP to share. I can provide call list from my SIM OPERATOR as evidence.
