I have order a Laptop and gamepad together through Filpkart Through UPI transaction via phone pe. On April 3rd the transaction was pending and got confirmation on april 5th. Till now i have conatacted the flipkart and phone on the current issue that the phone pe and Bank has Confirmed that the transaction is succesfull and money is debited as in the bank statement and Filpkart said that they didnt get the amount and as they cannot refund the amount and asked me to contact bank and as i contacted the bank and they confirmed that order ia successful and For any Refund they cant do anything and any merchant can do refund of the money. So untill now i have contacted flipkart and they keep saying they didnt get the money as they cannot do refund. I have spended a lot of time and had hardship over the issue and am i still didnt get the refund money or order confirmation. So i kindly request to go through the problem as am i student i order it for my studying. It has been 48 days my account was debited for ordering this.Untill now i have not received any refund as they mailed me on may 10 that they will redund the amount in 72 hours and it will reflect in 3-5 days but the period has over untill now i have received any refund. I need my refund which i paid them and a reasonable compensation.
