On 26th April 2023, we went to Lonavala for 2 Day Vacation, wherein we met Go Life Vacation people who was doing promotion activities for Loyal Tree Holidays.. After spending approx 3 hours with them and discussed about the Holiday packages they offering — for *10Years, 8 Night and 7 Days, they asked to pay INR 1,80,000/- and INR 9500/- as maintenance charge yearly.
We were continuously saying no to them, that we were not interested to buy any package of holidays from them. They kept on forcing us to buy their packages and check their services if we did not like their services we can immediately cancel our package.
We did not agree to buy their packages so they asked for our debit cards. So that we can buy their packages for only Re 1 and within 45 days if we want later we can cancel our package. Without our knowledge they asked for a loan from our bank of Rs 15000/- from my account and 25000/- from my husband’s account. They asked us to enter our pins only to check the limits that our bank is providing us.
After returning to our hotel room we searched for Go life, we found out that it is a fake company.
After noticing these details, I called and also sent message to Go life to refund my payment, but they refused to settle the payment.
Again I called them, but there is no proper response or they again and again declining to make the refund.

It is not possible as even I am a member of this company and using their services.I found their costumer support were helpful and have always provided me as committed.
Where is their office can you please send me the address
same happend with my friend, even khandala police station refused to support me in this situation, police bring me hotel manager to the police station then i will punish him.
Same happened with me in Goa last month. They have blocked me everywehre. Looking forward to take legal action. Please be aware
This people are really fraud they tried to fool me and my husband also but we didnt give them a single penny and they gave us one voucher which entitles free accommodation for 3 nights/4 days at their loyal tree associated hotel & resorts but voucher is also fake i guess
