Text of Complaint by Ravi:

I had booked a hotel on 05/03/2022 for a two night stay starting 05/03/2020 to 07/03/2022, i got the booking id on successful payment but I was denied check-in as the hotel said we dont have any booking in your name so you cannot check-in
I showed them the booking confirmation file but they said agoda.com has cheated you, we did not receive any booking in your name. So you kindly contact agoda.com for refund.
I have been trying to reach them out but ni response from their end.
