Dear Sir/Madam,
im shaik sohail ahmed booked flight tickets on 21/2/2020 for a round trip of hyderabad-delhi( 9/4/2020 indigi) & delhi to hyderabad (11/4/2021 air asia). Below are my order id’s

just delaying for the refund when ever im calling to the paytm helpline they are just saying that the refund has been processed and it shall be credited soon in ur paytm wallet our team is working on the refund. but till date i dint recieve refund in my wallet . whenever im speaking to executive they are just sauying have some patience ur amount will be credited soon.how much patience a common person . i request in consumer to help me in getting my refund …
