I have tried to add Paytm Wallet an amount of 2500/- from my Kotak Mahindra bank on 18th June 2018. The amount has been deducted from my account not added to paytm wallet.
As per their rules 7-14 days the amount should be credited my bank account. Which is not happened yet. I called up, but response is not good after waiting more than 45 minutes and response is not good from customer care. Please take the action. I have attached transaction details and paytm query reference number 71842233.
It is very painful to interact them and getting very worst response from them. Request you to take the action against my complaint.
