Placed order around 9, and the delivery was expected before 10. I got a call from swiggy team that order will be delivered around 10:13, and by 10:20 i followed up with them for delivery, then they said it will be delivered by 10:32, later also the order was not delivered. By 10:40 they asked if i want to cancel the order, when i denied they called me and said they are replacing the order when i said i want the order in next 15 mins then they replaced the order by them self and promised the delivery in 55 mins. Then i told them to canel it and refund my money, then they said refund is initiated and will be credited in 4-7 days, later they send the parcel at my place by 11:45 and when i did not accept the parcel as it was alredy cancelled. Now they are saying it is cancelled by me so no refund will be processed.
