Sir, I Orderd a Mobile Phone on 15 January 2016 from www.grabshoppingdeals.com and my order I’d is100001550. I also pay the Amount 3749.25Rs. by my Debit card.But till15 February 2016 Company not Dispatch my order than I Cancelled my order on.15 February 2016. But till 12 May 2016 company not Refund my Amount also. I contacted many times with Company’s Customer Care no.0120-6540309. but they always give me a new Date and fake Promises.I also Contacted them on 06 May 2016 but company’s Representative told me that After 15 Working days your amount will refund. They told me same thing many times.When I search company’s Details then I found many Complaints Against this fake and fraud company.Plz help me and take any Action against this Fraud E-Commerce Shopping website. Thanks
