Dear Sir/Madam,
I am completing against Microsoft , last hope of response from NCDRC.
Complaint in Details:-
I would like to share my worst experience with Microsoft. I purchased Nokia Lumia 1520 on 5th July 2014 from Jumbo electronics corporation Pvt. Ltd. Shop# EB-FF 25-28, Amnora park Township, Sadesataranali (17-1/2 Nali), Hadapsar, Pune Maharashtra India.From date of purchase device troubled me hanging/heating, screen fluctuation. I show mobile in Nokia care, Hadapsar on 09/09/2014. They suggested me update software it will work fine. But no problem was solved. I again shown mobile 2-3 times in same Nokia center. But still date problem is not resolved. They just updated software and changed some parts. Again I have submitted device on 04/03/2016 in different Nokia center. B M gadget services Pvt. Ltd. ,1st floor, Meenal arcade, Next to samudra Hotel, Nal-stop Erandwane, Karve road,Pune 411004 for same problem. After checking device they told me we have to replace touch screen .They given me estimated cost for spare and repair cost approximate INR Rs.16,500/- and they said for spare we have to send device to factory.-Job sheet No. 155504867/160405/004. After 2 months on 25/04/2016 they said device is return from factory because touch pad (spare part) is not available with company and factory. Then I have contacted online with Microsoft tech desk. They said again submit device to Nokia center and contact with new job sheet no. So again I have submitted device in B M gadget on 27/04/2016. As usual they given me manual job sheet. Now Microsoft company saying get back your device because we have no spare part- touch screen available with company. For evidence I have all Xerox copies, photos, screenshot, call records.
In this what cheated, irritated, fooled customer should expect from a company like ‘Microsoft’ ?.
I have contacted Customer support from another device and all I get is typical and careless answers like back end team member who give me 24 Hrs time everyday. In this process I have wasted total 70 days. Still date no proper solution given by Microsoft company. And I have all call records of this conversation so far. Microsoft company require 2 months and more days to give proper solution?. I requested them kindly arrange alternate temporary device because I am loosing important phone calls, emails due to this financial loss.
I send emails to company CEO and owner , I have received only auto generated email from support staff. I am fed up with all this emails and continuous calling from my side, follow up, emails. Daily they giving me same answer ” In response to your email, I would like to update you that the case has been again highlighted to our concerned department. Kindly be assured that the matter would be looked into on a priority basis and a representative from our relevant department will contact you at the earliest.”
As a customer here are my simple service requirement and ask from Microsoft.
1.Repair my defective device Lumia 1520 that I purchased from Microsoft INR Rs. 40,090/- with original spare part ( Touch screen ) in affordable and genuine price and service charges. Estimated price given by your service center INR Rs. 16,500/- which is already very higher side.
2. If No. 1 not possible, send me phone that work like a phone with same configuration.
3.If 2 is not possible refund me my total money INR Rs. 40,040/-. back because as confirmed by your company its spares not available.
4.If 3 is not possible I am ready to purchase new Microsoft device with higher configuration. I am ready to pay extra amount which is minus your defective device price Rs. 40,040/-.
Already I begged to Microsoft company for its spare part ,repair and service.

Device is again submitted to same service center on 27/04/2016 as per instruction give by support desk. But after 10 days they giving same reply.
