Hi,
I initiated a rent payment of 14000 INR from Cred on 21st Oct 2021. The amount was deducted from my Credit card but i did not receive the payment in bank account. The Order ID of transaction is 4N1XXDE8Y0W0 and UTR ID is N294210811834932. I raised a complaint in Cred with complaint number 2325436 but didn’t get any resolution. Request you to please look into this matter and get me my money back as soon as possible.
