Text of Complaint by Anushka Bhargava:

On 23 August 2022, I was placing an order on AJIO app.
It asked me to make payment and with the UPI payment link which i got in my PhonePe app, I have paid Rs2046.74.
The amount successfully got deducted, also in PhonePe I got the notification of successful transaction to AJIO but till today I did not receive an order id from AJIO for the payment I had made.
From past 2 day I am continuously calling the AJIO customer care but nobody responded to my calls, not just that even I have written mails to customercare@ajio.com but did not get any response even for the mails.
