Text of Complaint by Sonal Khanna Wadhawan:

I was placing an order for a cake on 22nd june 2019 using Zomato app but the order placement was not successful but the amount of 435 rupees got deducted from my account.. I received no message regarding this order and tried calling Zomato Customer Care but all in vain because no one picked the call . Now i don’t know whom should i contact to get my amount back ..kindly help me ..
