I’m facing the problem of amount getting deducted from my Vodafone number 9986258521 for no fault of mine.
I have called the customer care several times and deactivated all the unwanted services. Despite of this my balance is getting deducted without my knowledge. Till now I have lost more than 300 rupees.
From last year I’m complaining regarding this issue. But it is getting repeated. I should be checking the balance daily. Every time the amount gets deducted I should be behind the customer care and struggle for getting the refund.
Now recently last around one week back I checked my balance and found that around Rs. 49 has been deducted for no fault of mine. The mobile is a basic phone on which I do not have internet. I have not activated anything.
Because of COVID 19 staffing restrictions, I was not getting anyone on the customer care number. I have been sending emails to customercare@vodafoneidea.com daily from last monday (23rd March). On 30th March, I got to speak to a service executive after several attempts. The person said he cannot refund the amount and someone from their team will contact me in 30 mins. The service registration number is 2545095342. Nobody contacted me till now. I want the amount, Rs. 49 that was deducted from my balance to be refunded.
