Sir,
Today I’ve noticed Rs.10 deducted from my number without my knowledge and approval, i reported it customer care immediately,but their reply was unsatisfied one. Very bad experience from customercare executive. Many time i have requested them to file the complaint,They are not ready to even file the comlaint.They said its all about third party application related issue.
MY question to them is,WHY DO YOU CHARGE customer from your portal for
THIRD PARTY CONTENT.???WHY DO YOU operate as a MEDIUM for these Chargeable content providers to exploit people??
WHY DO YOU LATER “IDENTIFY” them as third party even IF THEY USE YOUR PAYMENT PORTAL.???WHY HAVE YOU NOT stopped these THIRD PARTY notifications for the END-USER.??
They always keep telling that I clicked on some kind of link while surfing… Which I never did.
So please file the complaint and refund my deducted amount.other wise The only way for me is to port out….That’s the only thing which can be done.
