Text of Complaint by Nirush Reddy:

I have made a booking for Sofitel Mumbai through MakeMyTrip on June 10th . The amount got debited twice from my bank , which was never reverted back . I have tried contacting MMT customer care multiple times through phone and email . I have also shared my bank statement as proof showing that the amount has been debited twice . There is no proper response from MMT and it’s been more than 15 days since I have first raised a complaint . An amount of 10,080 INR is to be refunded to me . The MMT customer service is the worst one I’ve seen so far . They are looting us in the name of cancellations and refunds. I request the concerned officer looking at this complaint to initiate my refund ASAP
